The beer was served on-tap at the Orlando Brewing tasting room, and served in a pint glass. The beer is a vibrant, slightly hazed, dark copper coloring with a thin layer of head that settles out in a filmy covering. The nose is semi-sweet and tangy, but watery at the same time. Notes of butter, toffee, and sugary sweetness. The flavors are slightly muted, and brown-sugar and caramel sweetness. Slightly watery body for the flavors, with a slight creaminess. The aftertaste is a little roasty/toasty, with some smokiness. The finish is bitter, oddly enough, with a sharp and puckering quality to it.
