1st review of this beer on beeradvocate. First consumed at the Bistro 21st annual ipa festival on April 14, 2018. This was my 16th and final pour for the day.
Pours a bronze golden yellow kind of color with pretty good clarity in the west coast appearance vibe, soft 1/4" white head. Aroma pushed through Amarillos light citrus tangerine kind of thing.
Taste was a good bittering amount from some Centennial and CTZ hops. Light weed quality to it. The bitterness is about 50 ibu I would say, there is still some lingering sweet citrus. It was relatively easy to drink and the carbonation stayed appropriate even though having it at the end of the day.
Its a good beer and the Centennial/CTZ combo pushes some old school weight around in a fun way.
