2016 bottle shared ..
pours a hazelnut brown..small bubbly tan head.
Aromas of light Sherry vinegar..candied sugar and slight barnyard.
Taste similar..to the aroma.little more earthy..light acidity..very well balanced.
Great mouth feel..goes down well
