16oz can picked up at Cheap Charlie's in Gresham, OR
Poured into an Allagash tulip
Overall - looks nice enough and has a decent aroma, however the profile just doesn't come together; an odd mix of grassy, lemon, and melon rind flavors; wouldn't have again
Consumption date: 09.24.20
Can date: 06.27.20

Hazy yellow brew with abundant foam. Quite fizzy in the mouth. The Aroma is innocous enough, with a nose of peach. However as it lingers on the tongue the weird bitterness takes over. There's a decent fruity and slightly sweet malt flavor to start, but ends with the plasticky taste of bad home brew. It has been so long since I've tasted this kind of bacterial infection in an IPA.
FWIW, the hops are Belma and Nelson Sauvin and it's brewed with Kveik yeast. Maybe the higher temperature brewing let more bugs take over. So I post this as a caution to others. From the 16 oz can dated 7/31/2020 purchased at a reputable beer specialty store.
