Drinking this at The Valley River Brewery in beautiful downtown Murphy NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks dark brown almost black with a nice foamy tannish head that lasted and slowly dropped to a thin cap.
Smells malty, sweet, spicy chocolate.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice dry finish.
Overall a very nice example of a Murphy Irish Stout that I would definitely order again.
