Drinking this at The Valley River Brewery in Downtown Murphy NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks very dark brown almost black with a nice tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a very thin ring.
Smells malty, sweet, spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely with the hazelnut on the front of my palate, the coffee way less pronounced.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style with a nice creamy finish.
Overall a very nice example of a Stout that I might order again.
Cheers!

On tap at the brewery pub in NC.
Appearance. Very dark reddish-brown body with a weak head.
Aroma. Coffee and hazelnut in about equal measure.
Flavor. Coffee dominated.
