Drinking this at The Valley River Brewery in beautiful downtown Murphy NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells very lightly bready, floral, spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice blonde ale that I would definitely order again and went quite well with my bacon, ham, mushrooms, olive and feta pizza.
