Appearance- Dark amber with a great red hue. Nice lace and head are just a little off white. Bubbles stick to the side of the glass.
Smell- It has a surprisingly rich aroma. More of a toffee scent than a lot of Irish Red styles and somewhat fruity.
Taste- The taste is about the same as the smell. Toffee like followed by a fruity bitterness.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied and well carbonated.
Drinkability- It a very drinkable and versatile ale.

Better than your average Irish red. Medium-full bodied. Malty sweetness is offset by a pleasant hop finish. Best beer ever served at a rugby social. Cheers to the Barracks Rangers RFC!
