A - Clear copper with a loose white head.
S - Defintely malty, soapy and a husky graininess.
T - Surprisingly hoppy - citrus/grapefruit/lemon is strong - and quite sweet as well. Solid hop bitterness brings some balance. Not nearly as malty as expected, with the hop flavour carrying this brew.
M - Medium bodied, smooth and mildly carbonated.
D - A solid hoppy brew in my books. Maybe not true to style - but something appropriate to this time of year.
