Appearance - Much like many excellent cream ale's, this beer started out all white from the bottom of the pint glass all the way to the top. Always impresses. Once the cream had risen to the top, the color was almost a neon greenish/yellow. Still impressive in my book.
Smell - Not a great deal of aroma with this beer.
Taste - Tasted almost Kolsch like, but a little off. A bit to tart for what I was expected.
Mouthfeel - A dry finish washed the tartness away.
Overall - A great start to the beer and was left with an okay beer at the finish.
