On tap at the brewery, served in a goblet.
Look: Honey in color, with almost no head, but a slight foam ring with a just little finely-bubbled lacing, and a few bubbles rising.
Nose: Almost none, very slight grain.
Attack: Much better — plenty of malt flavor and gentle, pleasant sweetness.
Finish: Light bitterness to balance, but then — unfortunately — an astringent aftertaste!
Mouthfeel: Medium, appropriate carbonation, but then the aforementioned astringency.
Overall: It has potential, but because of the astringency I can’t see ordering it again.

Back in December 2019 they had it on the menu as a pilsner where it was actually a Festbier.
For some reason they thought nobody would drink a Festbier in the winter.
Just learned that in September 2021 at Sonder & Friends Oktoberfest.
Golden color, light and refreshing. Toasted malts with a fine hop note and subtle sweetness.
Had to bump up my rating, this is a tasty brew.
