From the 16.9 fl oz bottle in a snifter. This beast pours a coal black with
a moderate head of khaki foam that settles to a thin ring and some nice legs.
Nose of dark cocoa, bourbon, oak, vanilla, maple, cream, and dark fruits. Flavors
follow the nose with aplomb. Dark cocoa, mellow bourbon, oak, vanilla cream, char,
dark berry notes of black and blueberry, brulee, dark cherry, and balanced maple.
Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich, coating, light carbonation, warming, and a moderately
dry finish.
Overall......wow....nothing more to say. Hats off to the brewer and their fine craft!
