Look: amber yellow pour with a thick head and lingers for a bit
Smell: hoppy, pine, citrus hop, a tiny tiny yeast funk smell (from the can - did not get this from the tap)
Taste: full hop flavour at the front, walks the lines leaning back and forth between rind/pithe hop to a juicy/haze hop. A little sweetness - kind of honey flavored
Feel: slight less than full bodied, really nice for this beer
Overall: my favorite beer for running walker and best straight from the tap at the brewery! Of the several beers I had there, this one taste the most season and refined.

Hazed orange with a grayish-brown hue. Two fingers of off-white head that leave thin, clumpy lacing.
Skunky, catty, oniony weed up front in the nose. Nutty malt behind.
The taste follows closely, with some pine mixed in, too. A little watery mid-palate, especially for a DIPA, but some nice weedy bitterness in the finish.
Medium bodied with lively carbonation.
I like the base weediness, but the nuttiness detracts from it to my taste. 11/1/19 canning date.

Pours a light burnt orange. Great head retention and lacing.
Nose is resine, pine, citrus.
Palate is resine, pine, grapefruit, citrus, grapefruit rind. Nice malt backbone supporting all the hop character.
Nice lingering bitterness. Finishes slightly dry. Appropriate for style. Not too sweet like some 2x IPAs are.
Surprisingly good beer! Great classic double ipa. Nice and bitter.

Had this on tap at Fish City grill about 5 miles from the brewery. It’s a dark amber/orange with a white head. It has a slightly sweet citrus pine resin smell. The initial taste is sweet followed by an intense citrus pine tropical fruit flavor that fades into the hop bitterness. It is a Texas style DIPA so if you like that style it won’t disappoint.
