12 ounce can into a snifter. 2020 release, had 1/2/21. #FOBAB at home.
Pours a lighter amber color, mostly clear, with a short quickly dissipating head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of malt, light berries, light bourbon, oak. The flavor shows a little more bourbon, then malt, light berries and figs, light oak. Smooth, a thinner medium body, well carbonated.
It’s ok, but there’s just not much to it. Those top notch barrels deserved a better fate.
