American Barleywine made with dark honey from Hop House Farm in Schoharie, NY, Centennial & Columbus hops from ILF. The addition of figs & dates added during whirlpool and during fermentation aid in giving this bier a beautiful note of dried fruit. The malty backbone gets cut with a sharp bitterness makes it WAY too easy to drink.
