A fairly average Red Ale. Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer featured a nice reddish amber colored head and a medium sized antique white/light cream-colored head. Some patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma and taste were weak, some slightly sweet biscuity malt and a touch of bitterness in the finish. Nothing really stands out. Contributing to the overall averageness of this beer is the light, slightly watery mouthfeel. You could do a lot better than this one!

Poured from draft at Busch Gardens Williamsburg Irish Pub. Looked a red amber With mild head. Smelled of hops and malt. First taste very much resembled a fat tire not what I expected from a Irish red.

Pours a dark reddish color not much head. Weak malty aroma. Flavor is sweet and very mild, some malty notes. Decent body and feel. Overall, not bad but very weak.

Pours a clear copper color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of sweet malt, yeast, alcohol, slight citrus hops, hint of fruit, and a hint of pale malt. Fits the style of an Irish Red Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, yeast, alcohol, slight citrus hops, hint of fruit, and a hint of pale malt. Overall, good aroma and blend, otherwise an average Irish Red.

Poured a reddish-copper body with minimal head and lace ring down glass. Aroma is mild citric hops and not much else and not sure why I'm not picking up much in the aroma at all. A sweeter than hopped up red as the caramel presence is strong and overpowers the bitter hops in the background. A real sweet beer that has a sticky finish but enough hops for balance and a little bite as well.

Nice deep golden color with decent head and spotty lacing. Made with East Kent Goldings and Fuggle hops, this beer has great flavor and is a nice example of the style. Very drinkable, a well-balanced beer and finishing with a crisp, clean finish.
