Redentor Beer "Sepa"
50 cl brown glass bottle, "Da consumarsi preferibimente entro: L38.17 06 2019" and sampled on 24 June 2018
Look: Black body beneath a tan head. Average head retention that leaves streaky and spotty lacing behind.
Smell: Clean. Roasty, hoppy (floral, grassy), chocolatey.
Taste: Chocolatey, roasty, dark caramel, leafy and grassy hops. Not rich but flavorful. A stiff bitterness balances it and leads to a dry finish. No dark malt acidity.
Feel: Medium-light in body with a standard carbonation level.
Overall: Nice, lighter-style stout - English in style. Highly drinkable.
