A collaboration between Norsemen and Walnut River, this beer is as poured from a twelve ounce can. The beer is a hazy dark brown, almost black color, capped with an absolutely incredibly thick brown head. The aroma has a roasted grain and woody pine quality. The taste is dry, with some resin-like bitterness in the mid-taste. Some oat smoothness as well. Full in body and interesting.

 

12oz can. Poured out an opaque, jet-black color with a large, light brown head of foam. It left sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, caramel and piney notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with bitter, piney hops and dark chocolate.
