I thought the Pilsner was solid....but not spectacular. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with white head that left a lace. The scent had hints of grass and biscuit. The taste carried bread yeast and touch of grassy earth. It came off the pallet clean. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was good.
