Served on tap at Yards House in Orlando, Florida.
A: Pours a hazy, golden orange color with a 1 to 2 finger, off-white head, more than cap retention, and gorgeous rings and rings of lacing.
S: Aromas orange and white grapefruit citrus, honey, pine, and unprocessed grain.
T: More semisweet than semidry. Flavor largely derived from nose with caramel malt and grain more in evidence. Relatively light bitterness for the style, but it works.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Juicy.
O: Broken Strings has created a mildly bitter, NEIPA. Think of it as entry level.

Needs more cow bell...thin body and not enough haze for a NEIPA style. Pretty solid taste and nice hop blend: Eukanot, Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic. Finish is dry with orange pith lingering.
