A collaboration between our good friends at Highball and Harvest located at the Ritz Carlton, Orlando. They gave us a 10 year Knob Creek Barrel that was bottled just for the restaurant, and we aged an Imperial Stout in it for 6 months and treated it with their house blend coffee for the resort provided by Lineage Roasting Coffee.

Dark brown, thin mocha tan head, nose of coffee, sweet burnt sugar, Knob Creek whiskey, slight oak.
Taste is the same, cold brew coffee mixed with sweet whiskey, dark fruit, slight oak, roasted malts.
Mouthfeel is so cream and smooth, low carbonation, medium body with a semi dry mouth feel.
Well made and simply amazing, very balanced flavor.
