Can. Golden with very slight chill haze lasting dense head and some lace. Classic herbal spicy bready aroma. Medium sweet honey and bread, a touch heavier than most Kolsches (IMHO) with very clean mildy herbal spicy finish. Light but not super light and softer on the tongue than classic Kolsch, but still delicious and refreshing.

Draught. Not bad. Right amount of Slight sweetness. Not really any notable flavors. Subtle. Good attempt at the true euro style.

NO can date
Pours a frothy creamy 1 finger head with good retention, messy soapy lacing, mostly clear slight hazy med golden tan color
Nose fresh grainy cereal malt, bready doughy, quite a bit of that cereal character, very faint herbal floral hop, hint of fruity esters
Taste brings more of the cereal grain, fair sweetness almost like a candy cereal, bready doughy, touch of corn bread, no fruity esters, fair herbal hops med bitterness, getting to a spicy med-high hop bitterness on the dry finish
Mouth is med bod, soft lager-like, med to higher creamy carb
Overall not bad, pretty nice actually, fruity note on the nose might have been the hops since it's otherwise clean, lagered fairly well, the initial malt sweetness is a bit too much for my tastes
