A: cloudy; medium gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap; nice lacing;
S: pineapple with floral notes;
T: mint, then floral, then coconut and vanilla; mild bitterness on the finish;
M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish; soft; hides the ABV well;
O: very interesting; 2 relatively new hop varieties put a twist on the style;

Pours a very subtle hazy yellow... very subtle. Great citrusy sweet smell with an initial complementary taste; however, somewhat fades into a watery aftertaste. Feel is okay... but given the amazing smell was expecting something a bit more.

Bottom of the can stamped 04/07/20.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a beautiful thick orange woody color with a sustaining finger's worth of white foamy head. That head really hung around for a good little bit. Once it finally dissolved inward, a filmy coat of lace ran around the glass.
The aroma had a clean soft floral sweetness dancing with some citrus pith and then some iced tropical fruit. Clean malts.
The flavor yields gently towards the sweet end at first but then seemed to balance with some bitterness as it warms. The floral hop tones meet with some dry fruity skin. Slightly quick aftertaste of pineapple, dry tropical fruit skin and a touch of biscuity malts.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt fine (low-ish). Some stickiness. Finishes crisp with some dryness.
Overall, actually thought the name was just "Love Seat" and the Sabro and Lotus were the hops that were used in this beer. Unless, this is the first of a series UP is doing. Only thing I'm sure about is making sure I can come back to this authentic beer!

16 oz. can.
Canned 04/07/20.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 1 and a 1/2 inch white head over a hazy golden body with sticky lacing. Wonderful nose of sweet citrus and tropical fruit. Taste follows smooth and fairly well balanced right through the 65 ibu finish that where traces of sweet citrus are present. Very nice! 8.0% abv is hidden well with a very good feel. Overall, I'd recommend this to any and all hopheads looking for a well made DIPA.
Cheers to UPBC and von Trapp for a job well done!!
