Known worldwide for its incredibly unique hop varieties, New Zealand produces some of our favorite southern hemisphere hops. We wanted to make a session IPA that would show the versatility of New Zealand hop varieties and how nicely they can work together. In New Day, we used Moutere, Kohatu, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin in varying degrees to create a symphony of fruity flavors ranging from white grape and ripe melon, to passion fruit and delicate florals . It remains clean, crisp and drinkable without coming across as thin, yet also manages to pack a wallop of hop flavor and aroma thanks to a heavy-handed dose of all 4 hop varieties.
