Sour Ale with Blueberries and Meyer Lemons
While heavily fruited beers are more popular than ever, they come at the expense of shelf stability when packaged with unfermented fruit. For this reason, we fully-ferment all of the fruit prior to packaging in order to prevent quality issues down the line.

16 ounce can, 2-3 weeks old.
Moderate pour yields a 1.5 inch pink head over a reddish-purple body with lacing.
Nose of blueberry, lemon, and hops.
Taste is slightly sweet blueberry and sour lemon. Tart, but not too tart.
Feel is pretty full with near medium carbonation.
Overall, I enjoyed this fruited kettle sour more than most of its kind and would recommend.
