A: Pours a lightly hazy golden honey in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense fizzy foamy beige head that reduces to a large patch of thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of slightly funky, slightly earthy brett over the top of light to moderate aromas of citrus/lemon and biscuit malts.

T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of slightly sweet biscuit malts. That is followed by moderate flavors of citrus/lemon hops and slightly stronger than moderate flavors of slightly earthy, slightly funky brett. Light amounts of bitterness which fades quickly leaving a light lingering funkiness.

M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light amount of acidity and a hint of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink and enjoyable with an approachable amount of funkiness.

A: The beer is hazy amber yellow in color. It poured with a finger high off white head that has excellent property and consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of brett funk are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has funk from the brettanomyces, notes of yeast, and hints of lemon citrus. There are slight hints of caramel from the underlying malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This APA isn't overly funky. It's a unique take on the style and is very easy to drink.

This one gushed violently upon opening, with the beer practically hitting the ceiling.

Once it settled, we find a light orange beer, with a one inch fluffy head, and a good amount of lacing.

This smells like light, dusty, and lemony Brett, not too stinky, with some grassiness as well.

This tastes a lot softer than I would've expected after losing half the bottle to a gushing massacre. The Brett is light, slightly prickly, with an overripe lemon flavor. It's a pale ale, but I'm not getting a ton of hop character, really.

This is light bodied, and soft, like a cloud, with a good level of drinkability.

I would definitely put this in the fridge for about a day before opening it. Beyond that, it's a nice simple little Brett pale that hits some tasty notes.
