3yo bottle (2017): vinegar, diaper, bandaid.
American Solera consistently proves that their products are low quality hopeful messes. This bottle was corked and crowned. Upon removing the crown, we observed a soaked cork with heavy notes of acetobacter. We gave it a shot, anyway- literally the worst bottle I've opened in years. 75% of the mixed culture beers produced by American Solera are garbage. Whatever they think they're doing in the realm of Lambic is simply limp ego.
