Pour a crystal clear gold with virtually now foam. The most intriguing part of the beer is how the underlying sour notes took to the dominate sauvignon blanc barrels. The result was a beer that had a wonderful flavor complexity, had a full and crisper feel, and was very drinkable for a sour. Normally wine barrels can shift a beer into something too dry or flavorless, but here it was well executed to do the opposite!

Interplanetary Good Vibe Zone - American Solera
Sour Ale aged in wine barrels - 5.6% abv
L - trace head atop a translucent yellow body.
S - white wine, tart overripe grapes, some citrus hops.
T - very tart to start. Grapes are prominent, as is the white wine. No bitterness, light sweetness, no booze.
F - light body with medium-high effervescent carb.
O - A sour beer for white wine lovers. I quite enjoy this.

Compared to the other sours I've had from them, the sour level and flavor comes off a bit muted on this one. A good flavor profile, just a bit mundane
