Pours a clear pale yellow with a half finger of champagne foam, that bubbles away as quickly as it forms. Aroma is peach, apricot, stone, lemon and plum notes. Emphasis is on the initial peach note. Flavor profile is peach, apricot, nectarine, plum and lemon and cellar stone. It has a very light lactic sour twist at the end, just enough to add character and depth, but not induce a pucker. Mouth feel is still with a thin, razor- like crispness. Overall, fruit notes are done well with a three texture accompanying it well.
Served in a 15.5oz Spiegalau tulip from a 375mL bottle.

The taste is hard to describe in that parts of it taste like straight up acidic communion wine, but then other aspects take the grapes and bring out delicate pear, guava, melon, and lemon, which is really nice. Pretty acidic and sneaky tart as you go, yet dry enough in the finish to really show off those funky yeasts. Light and would be perfect for spring time.

Light golden orange, ample foam and spotty lace.
White peach, apricot, white grape, excellent fruitiness.
Tart and juicy, peach and apricot, guava, dry light tannic finish.
Lighter bodied and spritzy, a perfect apertif with cheese.
