This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like sweet chocolate truffles, peach candy, honey, coffee, oak, and coffee.
This is a pretty deft use of this barrel. It adds such a pleasant honey and fruity-like sweetness to the beer. It doesn't come off as overtly peach-like, more like honey and citrus. It comes off as a really quite chocolate truffle. There's also oak, some nuttiness, caramel, and coffee, with tons of chocolatey and fudgy goodness.
This is thick and creamy, with a sweet and silky body, and no real booziness. It's definitely sweet, but not overly so, nicely.
This is a really unique take on a barrel-aged stout. I just love their stouts.
