A: The beer is clear reddish amber in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high frothy white head that died down a bit but has very good retention properties.
S: Light aromas of cherries and oak are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but there are more flavors of oak than there are cherries and there are also hints of brett funk.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite aromatic and flavorful for something that is only 4.8% abv. The cherries from the oak were a pleasant surprise.
