Pours as a gusher, golden & effervescent with 5 fingers+ of pearl white head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Bready, a little grainy, pear notes once warm, along with perfumy hops
T: Follows the nose, a little lemon, a touch of aspirin bitterness& dryness up front. Bitterness fades as this warms, some pear & grapefruit show along with dryness & grassy/herbal hops. Finishes dry, fruitty & grassy
Nice drinkability, despite the less than stellar start, nice take on this style
MF: Medium body, crisp carbonation

A slightly hazy yellow with a finger of white froth. Complex fruit aromas with apricot, green apple and white grape mix among other notes of herb and honey. It's quite flavorful as well. There's more fruitiness up front followed by an herbal spiciness and a biscuity finish. Perfectly light in body. Ambient Kolsch sets the right mood.
