12 oz can poured into a can glass
A- A hazy golden copper with a huge white head.
S- Tart, pineapple, some brett funk, oak, citrus, lemons, slightly earthy.
T- Tart, citrus, some pineapple, oak, earthy, nice mild funk.
M- Smooth, crisp, light body.
O- Sour IPA, Brett Beer, Dry-Hopped Saison or Foeder IPA, I don’t care how you classify it this is a tasty beer that brings yeast, oak and hops together wonderfully.

Mostly opaque bright orange body with a white cap. Smells has oak, brett, wild yeast and hay with fruity and pine hints. Taste is a whole different animal: grapefruit, starfruit, lemon and lime explode off of the sour oak and it's awesome, lingering brett, trace leafy hop biters, and grass help contrast. Feel is sour and somewhat acidic, oak driven all the way, want more from the hops here. Overall a fun beer that stands out

Pours a bright & effervescent gold with a thin & rapidly falling beige head. No head retention or lacing
S: Wet hay & light breadyness
T: Grassyness, tart & sweet lemon & lime upfront, pretty damn dry as well, from the oak aging no doubt. Oaky dryness, lemons & grapefruit as this warms. Finishes with sweet & tart lemon, some lime & much oaky dryness
MF: Medium body & moderate carbonation
Drinks alright, needed either more hops or funkyness, possibly both to push this next level. Refreshing enough
