Bottle pour at the taproom. Served in a stemmed glass.
Black colored body, with a dark brown edge along the rim. No lacing.
Aroma is rich, with vanilla, chocolate, and caramel. Close to a marshmallow scent.
Taste has waves of flavors. Chocolate, vanilla, caramel, and a bit of dark cherry. Lingering aftertaste of all flavors.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture with a little syrup. Bourbon barrel influence. Supportive carbonation.
