Pours an effervescent & hazed gold with a pinky of eggshell colored head. Above average head retention & lacing
S: Green bananas & a little orange peel, plus white peppery yeastyness
T: Follows the nose, plenty of juicy fruit & coriander, some grassy notes as well up front. Classic rubber band taste, dryness, coriander & a little dryness once warm. Finishes dry with grassyness & juicy fruit
MF: Medium body, pretty firm carbonation
A classic take on the style, would swear I was in a sidewalk cafe' somewhere in Belgium with this one, very drinkable
