A unique delectable satisfying farmhouse. No wheatiness to speak of. Looks and almost tastes like a lager, but smells oh so Bretty. Should come in 6 packs at least cause you can't stop drinking it.

12 oz can , undated, direct from the source.
Pours light and near clear, under a gauzy cap.
Earthy sniff with a hint of the funk to come.
More of the same on the palate, a bit of,earthiness, some slight funk and barnyard qualities.
Sort of a beginner Brett beer…could use a bit more oomph in the funky characteristics….still highly drinkable, quite enjoyable and definitely worth checking out.

Undated can; drank 7/5/23 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-clear orange/yellow appearance.
Lemon & hay notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Lemon & hay flavors.
Little bit of farmyard, little bit of fruitiness, easy sipper...overall it's pleasant but kinda forgettable.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a huge, white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of funk and barnyard with spices and caramel. Great funky taste with caramel, toffee and some spice.
