Eyes:
Opaque brown-black, light tan head that falls to thin ring and requires agitation to keep alive.
Nose:
Crisp, clean malt, coffee, dark chocolate
Tongue:
Dry, clean pale malt, coffee, chocolate, low bitterness. Bitter dark chocolate finish.
Mouth:
Medium bodied, slight "dark chocolate" texture.
Overall:
An excellent dark lager that stimulates and nourishes like a porter or stout but goes down like a pale lager.
