I had this beer on-tap in a wine glass at the brewery in Tulsa. I am not certain, but this may be a cherry-fied version of the Amber Canyon Magik.

Appearance: medium orange hue with a bit of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam atop.

Smell: dry, sour, and cherry-ey. It’s tart and man I’m into it.

Taste: quite tart up front with a bit of sweet caramelly goodness and a very, very good cherry flavor. Like, just the right blend of fruit with sweetness and a tartness that is not overdone. Love it.

Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: I mean, it’s a cherry beer, and a well-made sour to boot. It’s scientifically formulated to appeal to me.
