Pours a very hazed amber/gold with a thumb of eggshell colored head. sheets of lacing & above average head retention
S: Some citrus & tropical notes, hints of peach
T: Passion fruit, lime, rhubarb, powdery dryness & bitter orange up front. Dryness in spades, lime peel, bitter oranges with a bit of sweet passion fruit, guava on the edges, plus white grapes as this beer warms up, some woody hop notes too. Finishes pretty dry with passion fruit, white grapes, woody hops & a faint kiss of nectarine sweetness
MF: Medium body, tamped down carbonation, nice balance
ABV is well hidden. Was hoping for more the suggested Juicy Fruit flavors alluded to on the can art. Loved that gum as a kid. Good, but had protentional for greatness. Drinks like an IPA half as potent, caution!
