Pours fairly clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is bready and crackery with notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and some biscuity malt.
Taste is rich and bready. Solid bitterness and notes of knäckebröd, rye and some sweet biscuity hints. Very clean and crisp.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific lager, balancing flavor and drinkability very well.
