Bright red with orange edges and a fluid, headless surface.
Smell is bracingly sour, but taste is surprisingly less so, with a bubbly effervescence bringing a vinous raspberry that meets a little shortbread in the exhale. I also detect some cheesy oak that adds complexity, while the fruit almost has a little black raspberry herbality to it.
