Caramel and coffee notes. Smooth but with a lingering bitterness that was really interesting like a long book I want to read. The whisky notes are really well balanced. Not bitter. Rich

Dull black, actually dark brown, with a short but persistent tan comforter curving in a quarter pipe ridge all the way around the surface.
Big whiskey barrel transforms the dark malt into caramels and creme brulee accented by some black peppery saturated oak without any stinging or heavy booze. The malt continues to support as tobacco and sassafras with a little leafy coffee bean or cacao. Exhale is warmer than midpalate.
A step or two from BCBS, it's actually almost like a Voodoo BRC, if not for some of its cola characteristics.
