Single hop NEPA (North Edmonton Pale Ale) brewed with Galaxy hops.
Appearance - Pours a hazy straw gold with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - citrus, tropical, earthy, leafy, and floral hops, citrus and orange peel, hint of peach and nectarine, hint of pineapple and mango, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus, tropical, earthy, leafy, and floral hops upfront. The citrus and orange peel, hint of peach, nectarine, pineapple, and mango follow suit. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth and crisp with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A highly quaffable pale ale that has pleasant flavours to it. The hops and fruits alongside the malts make this a true crushable brew.
