This beer style originated in Vienna Austria in the mid 1800's. If you lived in Vienna and spoke Viennese German, you would refer to your city as "Wien", and as a resident, be known as a "Wiener". Vienna Lager is a malt focused beer style that is still an easy-drinker, but a little darker and toastier than most of its other lager buddies. This style is great year-round, but during chilly weather is when we find it to be the most... Seasonally Appropriate! Cozy up, crack a can, and you'll be wishing you were a Wiener in no time.

Pours a clear deep copper amber with a finger and a half of khaki head.
Aroma bready caramel malt, crackery, slightly floral and a hint of spice.
Tastes of sweet grainy caramel malt, doughy, slight spice note, a fruity floral flavour giving way to a touch of soft hop bitterness.
Smooth and clean with medium mouthfeel - moderate carbonation on a sweet caramel malt base.
