Midwestern-style IPA
We know, all these IPA styles are getting complicated. Don't fret, we'll explain! A midwestern style IPA highlights tasty features from modern East Coast IPA's combined with more traditional West Coast recipes. This beer pours as clear as the midwestern sky and uses new-school fruity hops while also having a bit more malt character than most hazy IPA's. It's a nice throw-back, without going too far back to when IPA was less good. Not too bitter and not too fruity; this one's for you Goldilocks!

Pours an essentially clear bronze orange with two fingers of bubbly off white head.
Piney on the head but as dissipates aroma more floral, fruity hops, bready malts, slightly peachy, notes of citrus and melon.
Sweet bready malts hit the palate with over ripe citrus, slightly tropical - papaya, mango - peach note, subdued bitterness with fruity floral hops.
Solid medium mouthfeel, exceptionally smooth and easy drinking with mild pleasant lingering bittersweetness.
