Kveik Fermented IPA with Sabro and Galaxy
Okay, sooo... it's been five years and we finally got our own canning line! We can't thank people enough for buying our big goofy seasonal bottles long after everyone else moved on to cans. For the first beer through our canner, we decided to take this opportunity to brew a style that we are also arriving at a bit slowly. "Fashionably Late" is a big fruity IPA crammed full of last summer's trends. Sabro & Galaxy hops, Norwegian kveik yeast, tallboy cans... we're finally catching up!

Single can - one of first two beers off of their new canning line.
Hazy apricot pour (slightly brownish tinge) with 3 fingers of tight white bubbly head.
Lemony citrus hops, grapefruit and a bit floral on the nose with topical notes and just a bit of weedy dankness.
Taste has sharp notes of citrus - lemon lime, grapefruit pith, a bit weedy and somewhat tart - floral hops and moderate building bitterness.
Crisp lighter mouthfeel with brisk bright carbonation, slightly tart grapefruit and lemon bitterness with a quite dry finish.
Decent - hazy not always my fav style and this is good enough but has me seeking their more recent west coast gem, Fly Over.
