Had on tap at the brewery.
1 finger of bone white head formed then quickly dissipated to a thick ring, but lacking a covering. Nice lacing is left. Body is a clear golden straw.
Aroma is malty, with a bready, dough vibe coming from the malt and yeast. Not hoppy, but pretty balanced. Comes off more like an ale than a hybrid.
Taste is smooth, malty, and clean, but the bready ale yeast comes through making it more doughy than crisp. Still quite clean and pils malt comes through in a nice crackery way.
Feel is full but super drinkable. Not quite like a lager, but still very smooth with a light maltiness, and dry finish.
Overall this is a solid cream ale, but comes off as just a bit too heavy, but still super clean and drinkable.
