Had on tap at the brewery.
1 finger of white head on a yellow hazy body. Head recedes to a ring but not much else. No lacing forms.
Aroma is quite malty and wheaty with a slight banana and sweetness. Not as yeasty as a lot of hefes.
Flavor follows the aroma but is more balanced. Reminds me a bit of paulaner hefeweizen, but is a bit more bready/doughy in the yeast character, not as crisp.
Feel is quite malty amd not all that carbonated, but surprisingly smooth and light in the finish.
Overall this beer was a bit on the sweet side from malt, but not the yeast, and just isn't quite crisp enough.
