First had: on tap at their brewpub
Nice beer. Their Igniter APA is used as a base and fermented with Belgian saison yeast, and infused further with a variety of herbs and spices, plus a Cascade dry hop.
Poured a nice burnt orange color with a decently retaining white head. Complex aroma of sweet malts, sugar, yeast, with notes of citrus, spice, and bubblegum. Similar taste, with a nice balance of sweet malts, citrus and earthy hops, Belgian yeast, accompanied by orange zest, ginger, and coriander. Easy on all senses. Medium body, and very nice to drink
