The Wildfire Wheat was used as a base, and infused with passionfruit and mango puree. The result: very tasty! Served on tap in a 10oz. glass, a hazy golden yellow with pinkish highlights, and a fluffy white head that receded rather quickly. Wheaty aroma with obvious scents of sweet passionfruit. Taste was expectedly similar; sweet passionfruit overlaid upon a smooth wheat beer, not sickeningly sweet or too fruity, and actually pretty dry, with a nice crisp finish. Light-bodied, very tasty, refreshing, and easily drinkable. The wife had no problem ordering a second.
